June 30, 2021 - Earlier today, Piagapo Mayor Cadidia M. Lininding turned over a 1 storey 2-classroom school building for Pantar Primary School (PPS) to its school head Rakimah Manalocon in a ceremony held at the PPS ground.
The project was funded by the local government of Piagapo using MILG Performance Challenge Fund awarded to the LGU for having conferred the Seal of Good Local Governance for Calendar Year 2019.
Unlike other barangays, Pantar is an underprivileged community and suffers shortage of social infrastructure such as school buildings.
Piagapo Vice Mayor Ali L. Sumandar, MLGOO Sunurah Ampatua, Piagapo West District Supervisor Bolawan Manalocon, local MPS Chief of Police PMaj Salahuddin Basher, selected LGU employees, MILG-BARMM personnel, school heads and teachers, SGC officers, pupils, and other stakeholders also graced the event.
