LeAPS or Localizing e-Governance for Accelerated Provision of Services is a flagship program of Ministry of the Interior and Local Government (MILG) in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) which supports the BARMM ministries, and LGUs by harnessing the transformative power of data, digitalization, and people-centered governance.

The MOA Signing which took place on March 7, 2023 at the Waterfront Hotel in Davao City was graced by the local chief executives and representatives of the involved LGUs such as Municipalities of Buluan, Datu Blah Sinsuat, Parang, Shariff Aguak, and Sultan Kudarat in Maguindanao; Municipalities of Butig, Marantao, Piagapo, and Taraka in Lanao del Sur; Municipality of Bongao, Tawi-Tawi, Municipality of Talipao, Sulu; and the City of Lamitan in Basilan.
