Piagapo Mayor Cadidia Manalocon Lininding said this during her first State of the Municipality Address held yesterday October 28 at the ABC Hall, here.

Witnessed by SB Members, Punong Barangay, Heads of Offices, representatives of Line Agencies, and the municipal employees, lady mayor Lininding reported the accomplishments of her administration marking her first 100 days in office.
